As we celebrate 15 years in business, we’ve found ourselves reflecting on the moments that truly shaped who we are today. One of the most meaningful is our very first full-service wedding, planned in 2012; an event that set the tone for the level of care, logistics, and creativity we continue to bring to every celebration.
Ashley and Jordan’s wedding was nothing short of extraordinary. Designed for 500 guests, the event took place under a custom tent nearly three-quarters the size of a football field. The weekend began with a Friday welcome event for all 500 guests, followed by the wedding celebration on Saturday – both hosted in the same tent. To achieve two distinct experiences, the space required a full overnight flip, complete with different rentals, design elements, and entertainment, including two bands.
For a first full-service wedding, it was ambitious. It was complex. And it was unforgettable.
More than anything, it was an incredible gift of trust. Ashley and Jordan believed in us early on, and that trust pushed us to rise to the occasion with confidence, organization, and grace. We look back on their wedding with deep appreciation – not just for the scale of the event, but for the role it played in shaping our approach to planning.
Today, when clients ask whether we plan tented weddings, we can’t help but smile. Experiences like this one taught us early that thoughtful planning, clear logistics, and calm leadership can transform even the most complex events into seamless celebrations.
Fifteen years later, that philosophy still guides everything we do.

Words from our sweet bride, Ashley:
“Gina didn’t just meet our expectations on her first full-service wedding – she completely exceeded them. From the moment we started working together, we felt genuinely cared for and supported. She poured her heart into every detail and treated our wedding as if it were her own. On the day itself, everything felt calm, beautiful, and seamless, allowing us to truly be present and enjoy every moment. Knowing we were her first full-service event makes what she accomplished in these past several years even more incredible. We are so grateful for her dedication, passion, and love, and we couldn’t imagine our day without her. Our friends still call it the “Wedding of the Century!”
