We are creative partners and collaborators as well as logistical managers. Gina is authentic and offers a personal approach to working with clients vs. offering a checklist hands-off approach. She is your guide through planning but gives clients the space to be comfortable expressing their likes and dislikes. Gina likes logistical planning as much as she likes the creativity of design.
We recommend reaching out as soon as you’re engaged or have a general timeframe in mind. Most of our clients book 10–18 months in advance to secure preferred venues and vendors.
Our past destination clients preferred to have us travel with them for a variety reasons. They did not want the worry of communicating with a Planner in a different time zone. Responsiveness was also important. Most importantly, they wanted to build a relationship and have a partner that was loyal to them only and not the destination venue. In the past we have traveled with linens, Welcome guest bags and inserts, all paper and stationery and the wedding dress. Gina is an avid traveler and has independently planned travel to 26 different countries.

Yes, we do. It’s actually a specialty of ours! Whenever tenting is involved there is more required planning before the tent install and more required on-site time during installation as the tent is typically set up 2 – 4 days in advance of the wedding day. Other tenting elements also often come together prior to the wedding day. Even though it’s more complicated, we love it!
Yes. We create a cohesive design plan that reflects your aesthetic, and we help select and coordinate all visual elements, from florals to layouts to rentals, for a seamless experience.
Yes, Gina and team are fully present on the day of your wedding—overseeing setup, managing vendors, and ensuring everything runs smoothly for the entirety of the reception so you can be fully present and stress-free.
