This wedding was so uniquely beautiful. We always love a chance to plan something new, fun, and exciting and this wedding gave us the opportunity to do just that! We planned this special day in just under two months and had the pleasure of planning with the Mother of the Groom.

     The stunning ceremony was held at The Duke Chapel and the Washington Duke Inn was absolutely the perfect place for their gorgeous reception. Fun fact, the groom was on the Ballroom Dance Team at Stanford where he attended college. This lead to a perfectly choreographed First Dance and a surprise tango later in the reception.  For the tango, to honor Chinese symbolism of wearing red, the bride changed into a long form-fitting red lace dress. Touches of the bride’s heritage were added throughout the reception with Chinese character table numbers as well.
